Tommy was educated at Wake Forest University where he earned his B.A. degree in 1958, and after two years of service in the United States Navy earned his J.D. degree in 1963. While at Wake Forest he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi. He has been licensed to practice law in all North Carolina Courts since 1963, and has since been admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

P.C. received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Wake Forest University where he was a member of the Honor Council and Sigma Phi Epislon fraternity. While in law school, P.C. was a member of Phi Delta Phi fraternity.

Rick was born in York, Pennsylvania and attended Catawba College where he earned his A.B. degree. Rick then earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. While at Wake Forest University School of Law he was a member of Phi Delta Phi.

Stuart received his B.A. in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law. While in law school, Stuart was a member of Delta Theta Phi, a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America’s Trial team, and was inducted into the Order of Old Kivett for excellence in Regional or National Advocacy competition.

Kim graduated cum laude from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana in 1999 with a B.A. in Environmental Science. She obtained her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2002, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Honors Program. As a member of the Valparaiso University Law Review, she was the author of a published note, “A Critique of the Marital Privileges: An Examination of the Marital Privileges in the United States Military Through the State and Federal Approaches to the Marital Privileges,” 36 VAL. U. L. REV. 119.
